Custom Design Logo

The offer will include the following:

A comprehensive consultation to discuss your desires.

Coaching and vision development for logo.

Two rounds of revisions. (Additional fees will be required if additional revisions are requested)

Deliverable transparent background PNG or JPEG.

A comprehensive layout of logo.

Please include the following in the are provided.
Name of organization, contact information, specialization, colors, theme, tag lines, mascot and any additional details that will assist with developing the logo for your business. We will discuss in details during our initial conversation. A mockup will be provided within two to three weeks after the consultation of which two revisions will be accepted. Additional changes will result in an increase in the price for the logo.

 
Requirements:

Written approval consent from customer.

A 50% payment of the total fee is required before work can begin, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes: The client shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes for requests by the client after agreed in writing. 

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, ownership of all copyrights shall be retained by the designer, and cancellation fee for the work completed, based on the price and any expenses already incurred shall be paid by the client (This fee is generally one third of the creative cost of the job).

Modifications: Any modifications outside of the two revisions as mentioned in this agreement will be considered additional, thus billable.

Ownership of Artwork: The independent contractor acknowledges that it has no interest in any copyright to the work, products, documents, or other materials resulting from the services performed to complete this project.
